Oath

$OATH

A pump.fun launchpad where the dev's own bag is locked by the program, and the fees change hands the day he takes it out.

A knight kneeling with his hand raised, an open chest with a money bag in front of him

Hold the bag.

Keep the fees.

A coin whose dev cannot sell the bag he bought.

Every coin here is launched with the dev's bag locked in the program, not in his wallet. While it stays locked he takes 80% of the coin's fees in SOL, and 20% buys $OATH and burns it.

The day he pulls the bag out, that 80% belongs to the holders of the coin, forever. It cannot be undone, and nobody has to watch his wallet: the safe is the only place the bag could be.

The coin of this sheet

not launched yet

The mint and the X account go in on launch day.

The roll

Every oath sworn on this sheet, the oldest first. The timer is how long the bag has sat in the safe.

Swear

Launch a coin on pump.fun through the program and put your bag in the safe in the same transaction.

A wooden chest with an iron padlock
The safe is a token account owned by the coin's own program address. Nothing takes tokens out of it but your own Break the oath.
Picture

At least 1 SOL, and it has to buy at least 2% of supply. On a fresh curve 1 SOL buys about 2.8%.

The program is not deployed yet, so nothing can be sworn on this sheet.

Hall of the faithful

The longest oaths still standing, and the devs who are keeping them.

Three knights standing guard over locked chests
Only oaths that are still standing are ranked here, the longest at the top. A dev who keeps his carries that record onto the next coin he launches, and the sheet shows it on the coin's slip.

Wall of shame

Every broken oath, with the day it broke, the bag that walked and what the holders have earned since.

A knight walking away with the money bag over his shoulder, the chest behind him empty
A broken oath never leaves this wall. It keeps the day it broke, the bag that walked out with the dev, and the running count of what the holders of that coin have earned since.

Your purse

What this sheet owes you: your fee share as a dev, and your payouts as a holder of a broken coin.

A canvas money bag tied with a cord
The keeper pushes anything from 0.05 SOL out by itself every half hour. Smaller amounts wait here until you take them.

Nothing to show until the program is live.

Your fee share, as a devnot yet
Your payouts, as a holdernot yet

Taking the dev share never touches the bag, so it never breaks an oath. A holder payout goes through the program against the round's merkle proof, which means it can only ever pay the address that proof names, whoever presses the button.

How it works

Four steps, and the numbers behind them.

  1. A gauntleted hand lowering a money bag into an open chest

    01The bag goes in

The dev launches his coin through Oath. The program creates it on pump.fun and spends his bag in the same instruction, so the tokens land in the safe instead of his wallet. At least 1 SOL, and at least 2% of supply.

  2. The chest closed and sealed, with a stack of coins beside it

    02The oath holds

The coin's creator on pump.fun is the program, so every creator fee lands here, on the curve and later on PumpSwap. While the bag sits in the safe it splits 80% to the dev in SOL and 20% to buying $OATH and burning it.

  3. A hand lifting the bag back out of the chest, the seal cracked in two

    03Or it breaks

One button gives the bag back to the dev. The tokens leave the safe, the seal cracks and the coin flips to holder mode. It cannot be undone, and nobody has to watch his wallet: the safe is the only place the bag could be.

  4. Coins falling into three open hands

    04The holders eat

From that second the 80% is theirs. Every 30 minutes the keeper takes a balance snapshot at a random moment inside the epoch, drops the pools and the curve, keeps everyone holding at least $10 of the coin, and pays in SOL.

The numbers

Oath held
80% of the coin's fees to the dev, 20% buys $OATH and burns it
Oath broken
80% of the coin's fees to the holders, 20% buys $OATH and burns it
The floor for a bag
1 SOL, or 2% of supply, whichever is bigger
A payout epoch
30 minutes, snapshot at a random moment inside it
To be paid
hold at least $10 of the coin, outside the pools and the curve
Pushed automatically
from 0.05 SOL up, anything under waits under Your purse
Taking the dev share
any time, in SOL, and it never touches the bag
$OATH itself
a regular pump.fun coin; its own creator fees stay on the launcher's wallet

What the oath does not cover: a dev can still buy his own coin from other wallets and sell those. The oath only binds the bag in the safe. Where a wallet is funded from the dev's, the sheet marks it on the coin.
